Job Description
EXPORT AREA MANAGER - ENGLISH & ARABIC REQUIRED
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead demand generation activities in the assigned territory associated to his/her role.
- Provide support to achieve budgeted sales and gross margin for Liptosa´s products in the assigned territory.
- Provide technical support for customers, key influencers and end users ensuring proper use of products.
- Support local distributors for demand creation, technical service, training and sales support as required to drive the sale of products.
- Monitor industry trends and competitive activity in the assigned area and provide guidance to Head Area Manager.
- Attend customer events and connect with relevant Key Opinion Leaders.
- Strengthen relationships by following strategic account management principles and behaviours.
- Price management.
- Plan and forecast customer demand to anticipate supply requirements and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Perform other duties as may be assigned based on business needs.
- Frequent travel required within assigned territory and occasional international travel up to max 25%.
EDUCATION
- Must have a Degree in Veterinary medicine, Nutritional or other relevant animal science degree
- English and Arabic - Professional working proficiency (French Optional)
