Overview
We are looking for an HR Specialist within our HR Operations Team in Asturias.
This role involves managing key HR processes for Hungary and EMEA, while collaborating with various departments. The ideal candidate has 2-4 years of HR experience, strong administrative skills, and fluency in Hungarian and English. A proactive, customer-focused mindset with excellent communication and problem-solving abilities is essential.
Responsibilities
* Provide primary support for Hungary and EMEA employees regarding general HR questions
* Coordinate onboarding paperwork, employee agreements and data entry process for new employees, including applicable benefits enrollment.
* Coordinate employee exit process including processing resignations, terminating benefits and supporting the full offboarding life cycle.
* Own several HR processes for Hungary and EMEA such as Employee Personal Changes, Verification of Employment, Contract Changes, Benefits, Maternity, Retirement.
* Keep contact with other departments and stakeholders (. Payroll, Legal, Compensation.
* Handle employee requests through HR ticket system.
* Actively participate in global and local HR projects as required
Qualifications
* Fluent English and Native or Proficient in Hungarian.
* 2-4 years’ experience in HR or related fields.
* Experience in HR Shared Service environment preferred.
* MS Office required.
* Success Factors, Service Now and Global View, highly desirable.
