About the Role
You will be working in a fast-paced, highly ambitious scale-up in the mobile advertising space. We are passionate about AdTech and delivering the best mobile solutions to our partners, with the most powerful & unique targeting technology. You will be part of a growing, close-knit team based in London, managing digital campaigns for the Italian markets from setup to optimization and reporting. You will liaise with Sales, the tech team, traders, and clients for programmatic campaigns. You will report directly to the AdOps Director based in Spain.
What will you be doing
* Campaign Management: Overseeing the setup, implementation, and optimization of managed and programmatic ad campaigns across various platforms (DSPs, SSPs, ad exchanges).
* Troubleshooting deals with traders and developing strategies to achieve client objectives and maximize ROI.
* Analyzing data to proactively optimize campaigns and provide insights to the sales team.
* Collaborating with other teams to ensure smooth campaign management.
* Mentoring junior colleagues based in London and Barcelona, fostering a collaborative environment.
About you
* You have at least 3+ years of experience in trafficking, monitoring, and optimizing managed and/or programmatic campaigns in digital media, working on the client side, agency side, or at other AdTech firms.
* Experience with 3rd party ad servers (e.g., DCM, Adform), ad verification tools (IAS, DV, MOAT), and SSPs/DSPs (DV360, TTD, AdForm, Xandr).
* Experience with tag management systems (GTM, Adobe) is a plus.
* You are extremely organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of big-picture thinking.
* You possess good communication skills, able to work effectively with stakeholders internally and externally.
* Strong analytical skills; proficiency in Excel, and knowledge of data tools (Metabase, SQL, Tableau) is a plus.
* You are a team player, capable of collaborating across cultures and time zones.
