Join Sector Alarm as a Senior Product Manager – Internal Tools and Automations! Location: Spain (Malaga region or Madrid) | Norway (Oslo) Department: Tech Role Overview: Your Day-to-Day As part of our Product Management team, we are looking for a Senior Product Manager for Internal Tools and Automations to join our growing team. This critical new role will be driving the operational efficiency of Sector Alarm by shaping the next generation of internal tools that power our sales, customer support, and operations teams across Europe and by rethinking and automating operational processes with direct impact on business efficiency and customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with engineers, designers and business stakeholders to define problems, shape solutions, and deliver tools and automations that support seamless end-to-end journeys for both internal users (sellers, engineers, customer support agents) and end customers. The candidate will report to the Head of Product for Sales and Services. Key Responsibilities Own the product lifecycle for internal tools used by sales, customer service, and operations teams. Drive automation initiatives to reduce manual work, enable business efficiency and optimize the end-to-end customer journey Product discovery: shadow internal users, Map end-to-end processes, identify pain points, and reimagine workflows Build strong relationships with stakeholders to collect requirements, anchor decisions, and manage expectations. Develop product strategy: Combine company goals, user research, and data insights to define a clear path forward. Create and maintain product roadmaps: Prioritize features, track delivery progress and communicate it to relevant stakeholders. Collaborate cross-functionally with designers, engineers, and business teams to align user needs, technical feasibility, and business viability of initiatives related to internal tools and operational automations. What We’re Looking For 5 years of experience in product management, ideally with internal tools or B2B applications Strong background in service design and process automation Experience with user research, usability testing, and accessibility standards. Strong business acumen including experience working with C-level stakeholders and ability to pinpoint tech investment areas that drive business efficiency Proven track record with Scrum/Kanban and agile delivery Data driven mindset including experience working with KPIs and OKRs Experience in a tech-first or product-led company preferred English fluency.
