RESPONSIBILITIES
As our Line Engineer, you are responsible for the following tasks within the Operations team:
Your main focus:
1. Define work procedures for the line, including startup and stoppages, changeovers, product changes, cleaning machines and pipes, vision programs, and consumables management.
2. Ensure standardization across all operations personnel.
3. Identify center lining values per format and machine, and follow up on their accomplishment.
4. Identify quality devices and ensure calibration programs are carried out.
5. Monitor key indicators of the line and analyze causes such as rejection rates, OEE, breakdowns, timings, and wastage.
6. Propose improvements that address and eliminate the root causes of deviations affecting OEE, cost, quality, and safety.
7. Identify external and internal resources needed to resolve anomalies.
8. Participate actively in process improvements to enhance machine, facility, and human resource performance.
9. Identify training needs of line personnel and lead training sessions.
10. Maintain visual management of the line.
11. Ensure procedures promote safe behaviors during line operations.
12. Participate in launching new initiatives.

Candidate Profile
You enjoy teamwork and are result-oriented. As an experienced Line Engineer, you thrive in a fast-paced, diverse, and international environment. Additionally, you:
* Have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role within the industrial sector (pharmacy, food, cosmetics, automotive).
* Are an advanced user of office tools (Excel, PowerPoint).
* Possess analytical thinking skills.
* Have a good command of English (written and spoken).
