What does this internship consist of?
In collaboration with Camilo José Cela University, Airbus has developed an exclusive program (#DISCOVER) designed for those interested in top-tier training in new knowledge areas essential for developing as future professionals.
You will have the opportunity to study a Master, organized in three training blocks, that will allow you to DISCOVER the skills most in demand today. It will be combined with an 11-month internship at Airbus in an area related to your degree, where you can learn and complete your academic background.
The internship will start in early October 2025 and last for 11 months (August is excluded for all purposes). It is a full-time experience (40h/week), during which you will receive an attractive study grant.
Internship Job Description:
We're seeking a dynamic and innovative young engineer to join our Engineering Change Management internship program, focused on the A330 MRTT military aircraft program. As a Change Management intern, you'll contribute to the modification flow, support certification processes for authorities, and participate in configuration meetings. You'll also have the opportunity to:
Define the general criteria and requirements for the design product structure.
Participate in refining our data model to fulfill the design product structure.
Support the update and definition of configuration procedures included in the Design Organization Manual.
Collaborate with our team of experienced engineers and bring your fresh perspective to challenge our ways of working and incorporate new data management methods to advance the aircraft industry.
Activities during the internship:
We are seeking recent graduates (or students about to finalize their university degree) interested in an internship opportunity at the Mission System Department at Airbus Defence and Space. This is a full-year internship (11 months). The tasks and requirements include:

For Software (SW) Engineers interested in developing their careers across all activities involved in the Software Development Life Cycle. Responsibilities include developing SW components, including requirements, design, implementation, and verification.
Required Skills:
- Recent Graduates in Computer, Mathematics, or Software Engineering.
- Ability to work in a multi-national and multi-cultural environment.
- Good communication skills and proactive attitude.
- Open-minded, agile, and eager for new challenges.
- Availability to travel.
- Advanced level of English and Spanish.
- Highly valued knowledge in C++, SW development cycles, and Linux Operating System.
