Responsibilities
* Perform literature reviews for research project(s)
* Design the study questionnaires
* Prepare human ethics applications for research projects
* Conduct patient recruitment and data collection at the participating sites
* Conduct qualitative and quantitative data analysis
* Prepare reports and manuscripts
* Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
* A bachelor’s degree or a master’s degree in healthcare-related or social sciences disciplines, including but not limited to health economics, public health, pharmacy, nursing, biostatistics, psychology, social work, social administration, or a related field, is required. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Candidates with more experience or higher qualifications may be considered for the position of Research Assistant I or Senior Research Assistant.
* Experience in conducting willingness to pay (WTP) and patients’ preference study using Discrete Choice Experiment (DCE) survey method or cost-effective analysis is an advantage.
* Experience in performing qualitative and/or quantitative analyses using various tools such as NVivo, Qualtrics, R, STATA, SAS, will be an advantage.
* A strong sense of responsibility and the ability to work independently and in a team.
* A good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese).
* Attentive to details.

The appointment will commence as soon as possible on a 1-year temporary basis, with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance and funding availability.
