Reporting to the Head of Transformation Iberia
As a Business Transformation Manager, you will lead major transformation programmes within the business, focusing on building and accelerating key business capabilities that will transform the way we operate in the coming years. You will actively contribute to designing these programmes and their implementation, ensuring they meet their intended outcomes and align with Pernod Ricard’s business strategy.
A key part of your role will involve supporting impacted teams with effective change management, working closely with HR to deliver plans, and providing guidance and clarity to the wider business.
Accountabilities / Responsibilities
Support the company’s transformation roadmap
* Support the local TMO in defining the Transformation roadmap and the future of the transformation office within Pernod Ricard España.
* Develop the case for change and the ambition of transformation programmes, aligning with the company's strategy and vision.
* Define scope and objectives of transformation programmes and create comprehensive plans with clear deliverables to secure stakeholder buy-in and engagement.
Lead the design of future capabilities
* Design the future model based on a clear understanding of the current state ('As-Is') and a well-defined future state ('To-Be'), working closely with key stakeholders.
* Translate design concepts into actionable operational and execution plans, ensuring stakeholder support.
* Identify potential business constraints and develop pragmatic solutions to support business objectives.
Drive change and implementation
* Establish a detailed timeline with checkpoints and measurable objectives.
* Create an RACI matrix to clarify roles and responsibilities.
* Support the rollout of transformation initiatives, coordinating stakeholder collaboration and resolving conflicts.
* Manage uncertainties and stakeholder expectations effectively.
* Maintain communication channels with stakeholders and top management, providing regular updates.
Ensure long-term success via continuous improvement
* Identify and address capability gaps.
* Foster a culture of continuous improvement and feedback.
* Support organization-wide change management to maintain engagement and adherence to the long-term vision.

* S&OP Maturity: Transform and mature the monthly S&OP process.
* Collaborative Business Planning: Enhance strategic planning collaboration.
* Revenue Growth Management Maturity: Support RGM team in maximizing value.
* Data Analytics & Insights: Develop data-driven decision-making capabilities.
Job Requirements
Academic qualifications & professional experience
* 8+ years of experience across functions in FMCG, especially in strategy, transformation, or project management.
* Experience with S&OP / IBP processes in FMCG is highly desirable.
* Strategy consulting background is a plus.
* Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Engineering or Business.
* Fluent in Spanish and English; French is a plus.
Competencies
* Structured thinking, solution-oriented approach, and strong analytical skills.
* Business and financial acumen, including P&L analysis and financial modeling.
* Excellent presentation and stakeholder management skills.
* Proven project management experience.
* Knowledge of the consumer products industry is desirable.
* Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and adaptable to change.
* Excellent command of PowerPoint and Excel.
