The Role
We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated recent graduates eager to boost their careers and continue their academic education.
The Commercial Project Management (CPM) Academy is a two-year program designed to develop future Commercial Project Managers in the railway industry.
As a CPM, you will be responsible for all commercial and financial matters of customer projects, supporting Project and Bid Managers to ensure project success according to standards and customer requirements.
You will work in rotations across key areas such as Sales and Bid, Controlling & Accounting, Project Execution, Customer Service, and Digitalization.
In addition, you will pursue a Master in Project Management online, focusing on Leadership & Project Management with an emphasis on agile methods.
The company will sponsor your degree.
Program Details
The program begins in September 2025 and requires residence in Madrid during the training period.
After completion, there may be opportunities to work at Siemens Mobility locations worldwide.
Requirements
* Recent graduates ready to make a difference and grow in a diverse, inclusive environment
* International experience preferred
* Recognized university studies in the EU
* Languages: English and Spanish at C1 level
* Previous finance experience appreciated
* Digital mindset and knowledge of financial data management tools
* Ability to work in a multicultural environment
* Motivated, proactive, and able to work under pressure
