Content & Digital Marketing Manager to join our team based in Barcelona.In this role, you will contribute to the visibility of our brand and services by supporting the delivery of digital campaigns and day-to-day content execution across web, social media, and external communications.The Content & Digital Marketing Manager supports the review, planning, creation, and delivery of digital content and campaigns that strengthen the firm’s brand, engage key audiences, and drive visibility across key channels.Content creation for corporate website, career page, social media, digital assets – including writing, graphical designs, uploading, and keeping content fresh and relevantPlan, create and publish content across our social media channels, especially LinkedInTake ownership of our tax newsletter, leading the entire process from content planning and creation to implementation and multi-channel distributionSupport social media community management – monitor and engage with comments on posts, keep key business listings (e.G. Google My Business) up to date, and help drive positive ratings and reviewsHelp deliver employee advocacy initiatives – such as LinkedIn training and internal engagementLead digital reporting – gathering data from website and social media tools and translate into meaningful next actions (growth marketing)Content review, proofreading/ quality checks and distribution on key digital channelsProvide basic support with translations and visual assets/branding and design support (if you’re comfortable with tools like Canva or Adobe)Experience in managing an external digital agencyDepending on your skills, you may also get involved in:
SEO, SEA or programmatic campaignsMarketing Automation (Salesforce Marketing Cloud)Employer brandingGrowth marketingYour profile6+ years of experience in content and digital marketing, ideally in a B2B or professional services settingA degree in marketing, communications, business or a related fieldExcellent oral and written communication skills in
English, French and GermanComfortable with design software (Adobe and Canva)Comfortable working with CMS platforms, social media schedulers (e.G. Sprinklr) and analytics tools (e.G.
