MAIN TASKS:
* Support sales and functional teams with technical knowledge, including solution design, estimation, and assumptions.
* Assist the Project Manager/Delivery Manager with technical leadership, platform knowledge, and optimal solutions to meet project requirements.
* Identify and notify risks affecting project/client profitability.
* Ensure project progress aligns with scope, schedule, and costs, alerting deviations early.
* Guarantee technical objectives are met and quality standards are maintained.
* Supervise effort estimations during testing phases.
* Participate in project demos and deliver technical documentation.
* Contribute to technical team development, training, and mentoring.
* Identify opportunities for technical Up & Cross Selling.
* Suggest methodological improvements for the technical team.
* Engage in Omega's community of practice, providing thought leadership and training.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
* At least 3 years of full lifecycle Salesforce.com implementation experience.
* Development experience in Salesforce.com projects.
* Knowledge of modules: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud.
* Experience with agile methodologies.
* Proficiency in English.
