Support staff through mentoring, training, and performance management. Foster cross-departmental collaboration.**Growth & Development**:Drive academic excellence and innovation. Recruit and develop a high-performing team. Shape the vision for the Performing Arts Centre and lead long-term program growth.**Teaching & Learning**:Ensure high-quality, inclusive teaching. Lead curriculum design and implementation for MYP and DP Arts. Promote creative, hands-on learning and effective assessment practices.**Student Engagement**:Direct theatre productions and LAMDA programs. Lead extracurricular activities and performances. Boost student involvement and connect with the Primary school for whole-school Arts development.**Administration & Communication**:Manage budgets, resources, and departmental records. Lead inspection prep and reporting.
