We are recruiting for our client company, a global leader in customer experience and support solutions, currently expanding its Dutch-speaking team in Valencia, Spain .
Your Role:
As a Customer Support Representative, your mission is to provide exceptional support to Dutch-speaking customers by:
* Handling inbound inquiries via phone, email, or chat
* Offering timely and effective resolutions to customer issues
* Assisting with order tracking, billing inquiries, and technical questions
* Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
* Escalating complex issues when necessary to the relevant departments
What Were Looking For:
* Fluency in Dutch (C2)
* Good English skills (B2 or higher)
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
* Ability to work independently and within a team
* Previous experience in customer service is a plus, but not mandatory
