As Business Development Manager for Spain & Portugal, you’ll play a key role in driving market growth through proactive lead generation, relationship building, and collaboration with internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Identify and engage potential clients through research, outreach, and strategic prospecting. Use multiple channels – including calls, emails, and networking – to qualify leads and introduce the company’s product range.
Relationship Building: Establish and nurture strong relationships with potential customers, offering tailored solutions and outstanding service to earn trust and drive long-term partnerships.
CRM & Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records of leads, contacts, and activities in the CRM system, ensuring a structured and effective sales process.
Collaboration: Work closely with marketing to refine lead generation strategies and support the wider sales team in managing client opportunities.
Key Experience & Qualifications:
2–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management.
Proactive, confident, and comfortable reaching out to new clients daily.
Passionate about e-mobility, clean energy, or technology innovation.
Fluent in Spanish and Portuguese (English proficiency is a plus).
