The IT O&L Site Enablement function is responsible for the ServiceNow WSD module. The global team uses a Citizen development approach to develop and deploy solutions on the ServiceNow Platform. To strengthen our team, we seek a full-time external resource to support end-to-end development within the citizen scope of WSD.
Requirements
* 3+ years of experience in ServiceNow development or similar engineering roles.
* Experience with ServiceNow modules: ITSM and WSD.
* Experience with Citizen development.
* Familiarity with ServiceNow development tools such as Flow Designer, Studio IDE, and Update Sets.
* Understanding of ServiceNow architecture, data model, and best practices.
* Experience with Service Portal design and development.
* Experience in developing custom applications and integrations with third-party applications.
* Facilitation of client-facing workshops to advance initiatives.
* Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
* Ability to work within and lead a multidisciplinary team focused on delivering high-quality results quickly.
* Knowledge of relational databases.
* Knowledge of ITIL processes (incident management, change management, etc.).
* Analytical mindset and customer orientation.
* Ability to quickly learn new technologies through instruction and self-training.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills. Fluent English.

* Understanding of ServiceNow's community and services.
* Knowledge of the Citizen Approach within ServiceNow.
* Configuration and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform within WSD module and APIs.
* Developing, maintaining, and customizing ServiceNow applications, including workflows, dashboards, and reports.
* Managing incidents and requests via the platform.
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions, improve processes, and provide technical support.
* Analyzing system performance issues and implementing corrective actions.
* Conducting code reviews to ensure adherence to industry standards.
* Implementing security policies with ACLs, roles, and groups.
* Documentation of processes and technical solutions.
* Driving innovation and digital transformation with clients.
* Developing application prototypes and Proof of Concepts on ServiceNow.
