Role Description
If you've ever sat down to build a candidate list and wanted to disappear, we get it. We're opening flexible collaborations with freelance recruiters and headhunters who want to cut the tedious part of the job, sourcing, list-building, first outreach, from 20 hours to 20 minutes, and keep their time for the conversations that actually matter. AI agents do the heavy lifting in the background. The important conversations and relationships stay yours. This is a flexible, remote collaboration, not a fixed-salary position. Qualifications
* 5+ years in recruiting, headhunting, or talent acquisition
* Well-connected and positioned in the recruiting scene in your region
* Comfortable sourcing and reaching out to candidates
* Curious about AI tools that speed up the tedious parts of recruiting
