The International Key Account Manager is responsible for developing and managing strategic relationships with key global and regional clients to drive long-term growth and profitability. This role involves overseeing international accounts, coordinating cross-border activities, and aligning internal resources to meet customer needs and expectations.
R ole and Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic account plans for assigned international key clients, ensuring alignment with business objectives
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers across multiple geographies
Act as the primary point of contact for all client-related matters, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty
Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities within existing accounts, including upselling and cross-selling
Monitor international market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to inform business strategies
Manage contract negotiations, pricing structures, and service agreements in alignment with company policies and profitability targets
Ensure the timely and successful delivery of products/services according to client expectations and global standards
Provide regular account performance updates, sales forecasts, and strategic recommendations to senior management
Skill Requirements/Preferences
Around 4 years of professional experience in consulting, preferably with exposure to international clients or cross-functional projects. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to align market opportunities with the company’s long-term goals
Skilled in managing multiple projects with tight deadlines, including top-management reporting
Collaborative mindset to work with internal and external stakeholders
Strong communication, research, presentation and creative skills
Full knowledge of MS Office required including Excel, PowerPoint, Word
Must be creative and be able to think outside of the box
Education Requirements
Bachelor’s and master’s degree is required
