Our portfolio includes diverse projects across categories such as strongresidential, hospitality, office, industrial logistics, education, and flex-living /strong. /ppbr/ppbr/ppCurrently, we are working on projects such as the strongVelaya residential development in southern Spain /strong, the strongexpansion of a private educational campus in Brussels /strong, the strongdevelopment of logistics warehouses in northern Spain /strong, as well as several strongoffice and fit-out projects in Madrid and Barcelona /strong. /ppbr/ppstrongWhat is the role About? /strong /ppbr/ppAs Project Manager of IPS, you will have the responsibility for the planning and management in a wide range of packages and/or complete projects, ranging from small improvements to large projects. /ppbr/ppstrongKey Responsibilities /strong /pulliLead and coordinate engineering activities during all project phases: conceptual, basic and detailed engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning. /liliManage and ensure the timely delivery of engineering packages and interfaces with other disciplines (civil, architectural, mechanical, electrical). /liliDevelop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans in coordination with project management. /liliReview and approve technical drawings, specifications, and documentation prepared by junior engineers and subcontractors. /liliConduct or support technical and commercial vendor evaluations and procurement activities. /liliProvide technical support and guidance during site construction and commissioning, ensuring compliance with design, quality, and safety standards. /liliManage projects under BIM Methodology. /liliCoordinate sustainability and consulting projects. /liliCollaborate in the preparation of progress reports, risk assessments, and change management documentation. /liliAct as an owner representative for clients, with direct management of contractors, and internal teams. /liliMentor and support junior engineers and trainees. /li /ulpbr/ppstrongWho are you? /strong /ppbr/pulliDegree OR Master’s in Building engineering, Civil engineering or Architect. /liliMore than 5 Years of experience in similar positions /liliExperience on a whole life cycle building civil project: master planning, feasibility, permitting, civil works and main infrastructure needs, contracting and construction management and supervision /lili Feeling comfortable taking on many tasks that require various skills and appropriately prioritizing those tasks' completion. /liliClient management experience. /liliCompetences MS Office, office package, BIM and AI. Presto would be an asset. /liliLanguages: Spanish, English and French.
