Pb Wholesale Coordinator /b /p p Miista, based in the La Coruña area of Spain, is looking for a b Wholesale Coordinator /b with strong operational knowledge to support the continued expansion of our wholesale business. /ppb Role Definition /b /pp Reporting directly to the Global Sales Director, you will proactively analyse delivery data, problem-solve operational issues, and support Miista’s partner relationships worldwide. /pp You will act as the main communication point for wholesale accounts within your designated markets. Across all product categories, you will coordinate the flow of goods to customers, resolving distribution issues as they arise. /p pb Miista.com /b /p pb Instagram: @miista /b /p pb Key Responsibilities /b /p ulli Enter all customer orders into our system by the given deadlines, supporting colleagues as needed and ensuring negotiated terms are accurately reflected throughout the selling process. /lili Send order confirmations after each sales campaign and support the Sales Director in communicating changes to customers in a timely manner. /lili Own and maintain customer internal portals, ensuring orders, approvals and logistics-related administration are kept up to date. /lili Maintain customer profiles within Miista’s internal systems and ensure all wholesale selling platforms (e.g., Joor, Brandboom) are updated. /lili Ensure sales order details are accurate and current, including the deletion of withdrawn styles. /lili Lead the creation of selling materials and coordinate product samples. /lili Send cancellation updates, order confirmations and invoices to existing accounts. /lili Liaise with the Sales Director and logistics team to process and track orders. /lili Work closely with the Sales Director to ensure accurate data uploads and delivery tracking across accounts. /lili Execute stock returns from partners and, with Credit Control, issue credit notes. /lili Prepare export shipping documentation including invoices, certificates of origin, packing lists and proforma invoices. /lili Regularly update your line manager and customers on any logistics issues, proactively identifying risks and proposing solutions. /lili Coordinate the master distribution of goods according to customer priorities, maintaining clear communication with both internal supply chain teams and external customers. /lili Authorise and supervise the reorder process and workflow with Miista’s internal warehouse. /lili Provide support to team members, cover holiday periods and perform additional duties aligned with your skill set. /lili Hold regularly scheduled meetings with key accounts and maintain strong relationships through consistent communication, reporting and follow-up. /lili Support weekly reporting on sell-throughs and wholesale performance. /lili Travel to major fashion capitals twice per season during selling campaigns. /li /ul pb Qualifications /b /p ulli Previous experience in a fashion, footwear or accessories company. /lili Minimum three years of wholesale experience. /lilib Comfortable using and maintaining stock and sales systems, ideally within a wholesale or multi-channel environment. /b /lili Strong operational skills and a proactive, problem-solving mindset. /lili Great business acumen with experience in reporting and budgeting. /lili Excellent written and spoken English communication skills. /lili Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy. /li /ul pb Our Position: The Opposite Thing /b /pp Designed in London — Made in Spain — EU Sourced and Produced /p p Miista upends the exclusionary practices of the fashion industry to show how we’re actually living now.
