We are looking for a young, proactive, relationship-driven Business Development Executive to help us grow our client base and position Altorecruit as a trusted talent partner.

What You’ll Do:
* Develop new client relationships across Europe.
* Drive the full business development cycle: prospecting, meetings, proposals, and closing.
* Represent Altorecruit as a trusted strategic partner, not just a supplier.
* Collaborate closely with our delivery team to ensure outstanding service quality.
* Attend events, fairs, and industry meetings (optional depending on location).
What We’re Looking For:
* Experience in B2B Sales, Recruitment Sales, or Account Management.
* Strong communication and consultative selling skills.
* A proactive, goal-oriented mindset.
* Fluency in Spanish and English (other languages are a plus).
* Ability to thrive in a small, entrepreneurial team environment.
