The End to End Supply chain leader will be responsible to the End to End local supply chain processes and performance with the objectives to maximize customer satisfaction.
He / she gives support to the Country Managing Director and the leadership team, plus local country teams, to deliver innovative and effective E2E Supply Chain Solutions.
**Essential Functions**:
- Management of a cross functional team: Be responsible for attracting & developing high performing employees and Provide coaching, training and inspiration. The end to end SC lead will have to drive a high performance based on our Credo & D&I; objectives.
- Responsible for the key following processes: Be leader of the demand review, Supply Coordination, Trade customization, Master data, Warehousing & Transport and Customer service / customer collaboration.
- The SC leader will be responsible for the “ End to End” Supply Chain performance and the follow up of all action plans needed to meet our targets: NTS, GP, OTIF-D, MAPE & BIAIS, SLOB, Inventory
- In this role, He or She will be liable for the Collaboration with the regional Supply Chain organization by supporting and executing projects or process changes linked to supply chain planning, inventory management, forecasting processes and Deliver.
- He or She will drive End to End Gross profit agenda for the markets: Responsibility for the local End to End Supply Chain budget, including and ensure the attainment of operational goals (cost savings, reduction of working capital and service level improvements).
- The End-to-End leader will Implement a strong local supply Chain strategy based on Customer collaboration, Digital & efficiency with a strong culture with the objective to always being customer centric.
- With this position, he or she will be member of Spanish and Portuguese local leadership team.
**Qualifications** Position Requirements**:
- Minimum 7 years in relevant leadership roles
- Experience working in a general function and matrix environment
- Experience with Supply Chain, Distribution, Customer Service, Commercial / Marketing, Finance and Operations
- Demonstrated ability to influence at all level both within supply chain, with commercial, finance and other cross functional partners.
- Proven track record of developing and building diverse, high-performance teams with a strong sense of mission
- Ability to collaborate and build strong partnerships internally and externally with customer focus
- Possesses skills to build an organization embracing a culture of functional excellence, continuous improvement, and E2E orchestration
- Demonstrated ability to manage complexity across a broad portfolio of customers and channels
- Demonstrated impact on roles requiring orchestration and influence; E2E mindset and collaborative, influence-based leadership approach
