About the CompanyWe are currently looking for a Technical Project Manager / IT Delivery Consultant to join a Tier 1 investment banking environment, supporting strategic initiatives within the leveraged finance business.

About the RoleThis role combines project management, technology coordination and hands-on involvement across the full software delivery lifecycle, working closely with business, IT, infrastructure and security teams.
Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end delivery of IT initiatives: from requirements definition through implementation, testing and production support.
Translate business needs into technical specifications and coordinate changes across applications and integrations.
Perform gap analysis (roles, responsibilities, operating model and documentation).
Drive system integration testing, production validation and post-go-live support.
Work with InfoSec and Application Security teams on architecture reviews and remediation actions.
Coordinate infrastructure and technology dependencies.
Define delivery plans, manage execution and track milestones.
Own project financials and PMO-related activities.
Qualifications
Solid experience in Project Management and SDLC within Corporate & Investment Banking environments.
Required Skills
Strong background delivering IT projects involving multiple systems and stakeholders.
Ability to bridge business and technology, translating requirements into actionable technical plans.
Experience managing implementations, testing cycles and deployments.
Comfortable working in regulated, high-pressure environments.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Preferred Skills
Exposure to leveraged finance or similar front-office domains.
Experience working with security, infrastructure and application teams.
Previous PMO or financial tracking responsibilities.
Pay range and compensation packageThe offered salary is around €70,000 gross per year. For contractors or candidates not resident in Spain, the package is open to discussion.
