Experteer Overview
In this role you support Booking.com’s Local Partner Services in Valencia, helping accommodation partners grow performance and leverage Booking.com tools. You will educate partners on the platform, analyze market trends, and translate insights into actions that boost partner success and customer experience. The role combines relationship management with data-driven decision making and event participation to represent the company. This is a hands-on position with travel, training, and cross-functional collaboration at its core.
Compensaciones / Ventajas
• Identify and engage prospective partners to generate sales and repeat business
• Maintain and nurture strong partner relationships through regular contact and visits
• Respond to leads and monitor competitor activity to inform actions
• Translate statistics and local market insights into actionable steps
• Provide trainings to partners on online reservation systems
• Support partner events and webinars; represent Booking.com at external events and trade fairs
Responsabilidades
• Significant experience in account management, sales or business development in hotel/travel sector
• Proficiency in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
• Affinity with e-commerce and/or travel industry
• Independent and proactive with strong analytical skills
• Team player, motivated, flexible and adaptable to change
• Driver’s license
• Availability to travel up to 50% and two days in office
