Our commitment is to hire the best talent regardless of race, religion, gender, age, or abilities, promoting their professional and personal development.Position MissionEnsure the effective identification, assessment, and management of project risks and opportunities across all phases (engineering, procurement, and construction), supporting decision-making and contributing to successful project execution.Main Responsibilities- Identification, assessment, and management of project risks and opportunities across engineering, procurement, and construction phases.- Development and maintenance of the project risk and opportunity register, ensuring proper tracking, ownership, and mitigation actions.- Facilitation of risk workshops with multidisciplinary teams, contractors, and stakeholders to identify potential threats and opportunities.- Quantitative and qualitative risk analysis, supporting decision-making and project planning.- Monitoring of risk mitigation actions, ensuring timely implementation and effectiveness.- Integration of risk management into project planning, cost control, and scheduling activities.- Support to project leadership in evaluating potential impacts on cost, schedule, and project execution.- Coordination with interface, planning, and cost control teams to ensure alignment of risk-related information.- Preparation of risk reports and dashboards for internal and external stakeholders.- Promotion of a proactive risk management culture across the project.Requirements- Degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Civil, or similar).- 5–8 years of experience in industrial projects, with exposure to risk management and project controls.- Experience in large-scale industrial projects within sectors such as metals, mining, energy, or similar.- Knowledge of risk management methodologies and tools (risk registers, qualitative/quantitative analysis, Monte Carlo is a plus).- Experience working in EPC or EPCM environments.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Good communication and stakeholder coordination capabilities.- High level of English (minimum B2 required, C1 preferred).- Availability for relocation to Sweden.Preferred Experience- Previous experience in international projects or working on-site.- Familiarity with project control tools (Primavera P6, risk analysis software, Excel advanced).- Understanding of cost and schedule integration in risk analysis.
