You will be the primary point of contact for our customers, managing inquiries, resolving issues, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and maintain strong client relationships. /ppbr/ppbKey Responsibilities /b /pulliMonitor and analyze the status of customer orders from reception to final delivery. /liliHandle customer inquiries and build strong, trust-based relationships. /liliResolve incidents and provide clear, timely updates to customers. /liliCoordinate with internal departments (purchasing, logistics, production, and sales) to ensure customer satisfaction. /liliMaintain accurate customer and order data in the ERP system. /liliReport on key customer service performance indicators. /li /ulpbr/ppbRequirements /b /pulliPrevious experience in customer service or similar roles, ideally in a multinational environment. /liliStrong verbal and written communication skills. /liliProficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook). /liliExperience in the packaging industry or related sectors is a plus. /liliEducational background in administrative management, customer service, commercial services, or related fields. /liliCatalan: High proficiency /liliSpanish: High proficiency /liliEnglish: Intermediate level /liliTeam-oriented with the ability to work in dynamic environments. /liliCustomer-focused mindset with proactive problem-solving abilities. /liliStrong organizational and time management skills. /liliAbility to manage complaints and difficult situations with empathy and a solution-oriented mindset. /li /ulpbr/ppbWhat We Offer /b /pulliA dynamic and international work environment. /liliOpportunities for professional growth and development. /liliCompetitive compensation and benefits package. /liliA culture that values collaboration, innovation, and sustainability. /li /ul
