Santander Auto Software is looking for a Technical Programme Manager.
What you will be doing:
As a Technical Program Manager (TPM), you will be responsible for establishing and leading enterprise-wide, cross-functional strategic initiatives. TPM leads a program that includes launching new products and services in a given geography, large-scale application development, systems integration, and business and tech operations. This role is hands-on and owns the success of the program. It is a key role in Santander's overall success.
We need someone like you to help us:
* Ensure high-quality end-results with clearly defined scope and measurable business benefits.
* Manage scope rigorously to meet commitments within agreed time, cost, and quality parameters.
* Define and track program milestones, develop, maintain, and report on an integrated delivery plan.
* Collaborate with partners across all areas and Technology & Operations Domains to oversee all software delivery lifecycle phases.
* Publish periodic status reports.
* Propose recommendations and adjustments.
* Brief key stakeholders on initiatives, representing the program in governance and inter-department forums.
* Chair weekly Core Team and monthly Operating Committee meetings.
* Develop communication plans and interfaces.
Skills & Knowledge:
* Experience in relevant digital banking programs is highly valuable.
* Ability to build trust with sponsors and stakeholders, motivate teams, set direction, resolve conflicts, and deliver under ambiguity.
* Effective navigation of a matrixed organization and stakeholder management skills.
* Strong communication and presentation skills.
* Expertise in project management methodologies and software delivery lifecycle, especially Agile.
* Knowledge of Software Development and Technical Design, preferably from hands-on engineering experience.
