Business Development Manager – Western & Northern Europe
Location: Barcelona Spain (Already having a valid Work Permit)
About the Role
The Business Development Manager (Western & Northern Europe) will lead expansion and student recruitment initiatives across key European markets, focusing on agency partnerships and institutional collaborations.
This role involves promoting programs to prospective partners and ensuring consistent student enrolments through professional relationship management and strategic market development.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and strengthen partnerships with education agents, schools, universities, and consultants across the Western and Eastern Europe
* The candidate should possess an existing network or database of active education agencies from the region and be capable of delivering student numbers from the first month of joining.
* Identify and onboard new agency partners to expand the regional student pipeline.
* Generate high-quality student leads for international programs through active market engagement.
* Collaborate with local and regional stakeholders to increase visibility and outreach.
* Conduct training sessions, webinars and information events to equip agents and partners with updated product knowledge.
* Coordinate with internal admissions, marketing and support teams for smooth lead processing and conversion.
* Maintain a CRM database for agents, students, and partners.
* Maintain and update regional performance reports, track leads, and ensure follow-ups.
* Attend education fairs, agent summits and recruitment events across the region.
* Provide market intelligence and competitor analysis to support strategic decision-making.
Qualifications & Experience
* Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) in Business, Marketing, or International Education.
* 3–5 years' experience in student recruitment or business development in the education sector.
* Strong existing network of agents or institutions in Western or Eastern Europe.
* Excellent English communication; fluency in any regional language is advantage
* Ability to work independently and target-driven.
* Willingness to travel frequently across the region.
* Knowledge of international education markets and application processes.
