TheBrand-Tailors Spain (TBT) is a leading international professional services firm based in Barcelona, specializing in commercial interiors, engineering, and project management. Operating in over 50 countries, we deliver projects across the retail, workspace, and hospitality sectors. We partner with global clients and renowned brands to bring their visions to life through thoughtful design and seamless execution.
We're looking for a strategic, results-driven Retail Project Manager with at least 6 years of experience leading commercial interior projects. This is a full-time, office-based position in Barcelona, with flexibility to work from home on select days each month.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead commercial interior projects from concept to completion across retail, hospitality, and workspace sectors.
* Serve as the main point of contact for clients, managing expectations and ensuring satisfaction.
* Oversee internal and external teams, including design, engineering, and construction professionals.
* Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
* Identify and proactively resolve project risks and challenges.
* Conduct regular project meetings and ensure clear, consistent communication.
* Ensure all work complies with industry regulations and client standards.
* Provide MEP-FP and construction supervision support to project teams.
What We’re Looking For:
* Minimum 6 years of experience managing retail, hospitality, and/or workspace interior fit-out projects (this is mandatory).
* Experience must be as a Project Manager, overseeing delivery from start to finish — not solely as a designer or architect.
* Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
* Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Project.
* Solid understanding of construction methods, work back scheduling, interior fit-out processes, and MEP-FP systems.
* Professional-level fluency in English and Spanish is a must.
* Additional proficiency in Portuguese, French, and/or German is a strong plus.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
* Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously across different locations.
* Willingness to travel when required.
* A valid driver’s license is preferred but not mandatory.
