This internship provides hands-on experience in the cosmetics industry, working closely with our marketing team in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
What do we look for in the ideal candidate?
* Assist in the development and execution of trade marketing strategies aimed at enhancing brand awareness and driving sales within the territory.
* Support planning and coordination of trade marketing campaigns, promotions, and events tailored to European markets.
* Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, the competitive landscape, and consumer preferences.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and supply chain, to align trade marketing initiatives.
* Monitor and evaluate the performance of trade marketing activities, providing insights and suggestions for optimization.
* Contribute to the creation of marketing collateral, presentations, and sales materials specific to European audiences.
* Maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including retailers, distributors, and industry partners, to enhance brand positioning.
Your profile and soft skills should be:
* Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Strong interest in the cosmetics industry and trade marketing.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
* Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
* C2 level of English and C1 level of Spanish or any eurpean language is preferred.
