Sales Manager – Brand Owners & Strategic Accounts
to develop and grow long-term partnerships with
brand owners in the food and consumer packaging sectors
across Spain. We welcome candidates from
commercial sales, customer development, or strategic procurement backgrounds
who have deep experience in
Paperboard or Packaging categories
and strong exposure to supplier–customer negotiations. Your Role Develop and manage
senior relationships with brand owners
in food, beverage, and consumer packaging Act as the
primary commercial interface
for assigned strategic accounts Lead
commercial discussions and negotiations
including pricing models, volume commitments, and long-term agreements Drive
account growth, portfolio expansion, and supply partnerships Translate brand owner priorities (cost, quality, sustainability, supply security) into commercial solutions Work closely with
HQ, technical, and sustainability teams Provide market insights on paperboard, packaging, and commodity trends What We’re Looking For Experience 5+ years of experience in
paperboard, packaging, pulp & paper, or related industries Background in: Sales, customer development, or key account management
OR Strategic procurement / category management
with strong
supplier-facing
responsibility Proven involvement in
contract negotiations, supplier management, or commercial decision-making Understanding of
cost drivers, pricing mechanisms, and volume-based contracts Experience managing or negotiating
long-term supply agreements Ability to influence stakeholders across procurement, operations, sustainability, and management Commercial mindset with interest in
revenue growth and customer development Market Knowledge Familiarity with Spain
food packaging market and requirements
