Planning Transformation & Design Lead – Bluecrux
Join Bluecrux to lead planning transformation and design projects using Anaplan, driving customer success and digital transformation.
Job Description
* Manage Anaplan projects from design to implementation, leading a mixed team of Bluecrux consultants and client stakeholders.
* Redesign planning processes to create end‑to‑end integrated concepts, elevating customers’ demand planning, supply planning, S&OP/IBP, network planning, and inventory tactics.
* Collaborate with the Bluecrux solution architect to define Anaplan requirements, translating business needs into formulas and dashboards.
* Plan and oversee the agile model build, enabling model builders to develop modules and dashboards, often in co‑build sessions with client teams.
* Coordinate user acceptance testing, training, go‑live, and hyper‑care activities.
* Maintain ongoing customer relationships post‑project to secure continued success and identify future roadmap opportunities.
* Act as a catalyst for digital transformation within Bluecrux.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering, supply chain management, economics, or a related field.
* 5+ years of project management experience managing complex software implementations, preferably in supply chain solutions such as Anaplan, OMP, SAP IBP, or Kinaxis.
* Hands‑on expertise with supply‑chain planning software (Anaplan, OMP, SAP IBP, Kinaxis, etc.) and certification in Anaplan or comparable platforms is highly desirable.
* Proven ability to design dashboards, define technical requirements, and ensure data integrity.
* Experience driving end‑to‑end transformation of demand planning, supply planning, and S&OP/IBP processes, raising maturity levels.
* Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, capable of structuring complex client requirements into actionable solutions.
* Demonstrated leadership of multidisciplinary teams, with a collaborative approach and agile methodology expertise.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
* Willingness to travel globally and work in a hybrid model; alignment with Bluecrux values (dig deep, own it, come together, move fast, be kind).
