At ZTE España, we are currently looking for an Outsourcing Specialist to join our Engineering & Services team in Spain.
We are looking for a proactive and organized professional with experience in telecom deployment environments and outsourcing/vendor management, capable of coordinating subcontracted resources across multiple engineering and deployment projects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate subcontracted workforce needs with Project Managers across telecom deployment and engineering projects.
* Manage outsourcing suppliers and ensure resource availability according to project timelines.
* Follow up on subcontractor performance, onboarding, documentation and service quality.
* Support FTTH, 3G, 4G and 5G deployment projects.
* Monitor resource allocation, certifications, access requirements and project compliance.
* Collaborate closely with Engineering, Operations and Services teams.
* Ensure proper tracking and reporting of subcontracted activities.
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s Degree in Telecommunications, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or related fields.
* Experience in outsourcing/vendor management within telecom or engineering services environments.
* Knowledge of telecom deployment projects (FTTH, 3G, 4G, 5G).
* Experience coordinating subcontractors, field teams or external suppliers.
* Good organizational and reporting skills.
* Fluent English and Spanish.
