About the roleThe Copy Supervisor develops creative concepts, crafts compelling multi‐channel healthcare content, and guides junior copywriters to ensure work meets strategic, creative, and compliance standards. Working closely with Art Directors and cross‐functional teams, this role contributes to conceptual development and presents ideas confidently in client meetings. The Copy Supervisor ensures all creative output is accurate, aligned with brand and agency guidelines, and impactful.
Key ResponsibilitiesCreative Development
Develop and refine campaign concepts in collaboration with Art Directors and the creative team.
Write engaging, accurate, and compliant copy across digital, print, video, and social platforms.
Participate in brainstorming and concept development sessions to bring fresh, strategic ideas.
Present and defend creative ideas with clarity, confidence, and strategic rationale.
Partner with account teams to understand client objectives and brand positioning.
Integrate client feedback while maintaining creative quality and effectiveness.
Supervise and mentor junior copywriters, providing clear direction and constructive feedback.
Review and approve copy to ensure alignment with brand, strategy, and compliance standards.
Foster a collaborative environment and stay informed on industry trends to inspire innovation.

Requirements
Native or bilingual level of English
Minimum 5 years of experience in a creative or healthcare advertising agency.
Experience supervising and mentoring copywriters.
Strong conceptual abilities, able to transform strategic insights into clear, compelling ideas and campaign platforms.
Confidence in presenting and defending creative work to clients.
A collaborative and proactive attitude.
A portfolio demonstrating concept development and polished copy across digital, print, video, and social channels.
Based in Barcelona or willing to reside there for an in‐office hybrid model.
