/liliStrong understanding of TikTok and creator-led commerce. /liliExperience negotiating partnerships and managing external relationships. /liliExcellent communication and relationship-building skills. /liliStrong organizational and project management abilities. /liliAbility to manage multiple brands and projects simultaneously. /liliComfortable working with performance data and campaign
