The Role
We are seeking a high-caliber IT Business Analyst to join a flagship digital transformation programme for a global leader in supply chain.
Operating across 55+ countries, you will be the bridge between technical excellence and operational reality. You will focus on the deployment of digital platforms that provide real-time location and environmental tracking—critical for the transport of time and temperature-sensitive goods.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead deep-dive discovery sessions to gather internal and external business feedback, translating complex needs into actionable technical requirements.
* Document comprehensive “As-Is” and “To-Be” processes to streamline digital adoption across global operations.
* Develop visual information dashboards and reporting tools to provide stakeholders with actionable insights into shipment health and location.
* Manage a diverse group of international stakeholders, ensuring alignment between IT, global operations teams, and external partners.
* Support the rollout of digital platforms across the UK, Europe, and the US, ensuring the solution meets the rigorous demands of temperature-controlled logistics.
Requirements
* A track record of delivering large-scale IT projects, ideally within supply chain, logistics, or pharmaceutical distribution.
* Exceptional ability to document complex workflows and identify bottlenecks in global supply chains.
* Strong presence and communication skills, with the ability to engage operations teams and senior leadership alike.
* Comfortable working within a global framework, coordinating across US and European time zones.
Working Arrangements & Logistics
* Working hours are flexible to accommodate project milestones across US and European time zones.
* Approximately 10% travel across Europe, primarily for key stakeholder meetings and workshops. xsgfvud
