What Success Looks Like In This Role
Key Responsibilities
Analyze detailed client business processes, software, applications, IT outsourcing, and infrastructure requirements, assisting with RFP, RFI, and related processes.
Lead or support architectural and solution reviews.
Architect solutions using appropriate portfolio offerings with design elements that enable integration into the client environment, refining models as necessary.
Apply client understanding to propose and sell new products and services.
Lead client-facing technical interactions, gathering data, feedback, and input on solution requirements, challenges, and opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development and engineering, to address client needs and enhance product features.
Evaluate proposed solutions and costs to determine the most effective delivery methods and innovative approaches.
Lead innovation workshops and breakthrough initiatives with key clients.
Hold a Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, technology, or equivalent.
Strong English language skills;
German proficiency is aplus.
8 to 10 years of experience in End User Managed Services/Digital Workplace Services (e.G., Service Desk, Field Services, Device Management, Collaboration), with pre-sales solution architect experience preferred.
Good understanding of the competitive landscape, products, and services.
Excellent communication, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
Experience in pre-sales solution design, proposal development, design review, trade-off decisions, and presentation skills.
Experience in developing cost/benefit analyses and assessing solution risks.
