A long-standing partner of FinTop Consulting is looking to hire a Head of Performance who will be leading strategy and AI workflow performance. Whilst reporting directly to the CMO, you will also be managing a team of 10-15 marketing employees. Some additional responsibilities are as follows:
* Managing and optimizing market strategies
* Scaling campaigns
* Offering expertise in marketing advertisements, how to increase exposure etc.
* Identifying and executing growth opportunities
Essential Skills: The non-negotiables
* Over 10 years of experience in all things marketing
* Data and result-driven – must be stated in your CV.
* Must have experience with the acquisition of paid ads
* All over the latest AI trends, tools, and products
* Background coming from the Broker/Trading industry
Interview Process:
* 1st stage – Video call with CMO – Understanding your background and motivations
* 2nd stage (FINAL) – Meeting with CMO & CEO – Discussing company plans and how all parties will align.
