The People & Culture department is an international and collaborative team that partners closely with the business to enhance performance through people. We focus on delivering impactful, cost-effective HR solutions that support strategic goals, promote a culture of efficiency and inclusion, and ensure the right knowledge is in place to meet evolving business needs.
Responsibilities
* Act as the primary HR point of contact for business leaders and employees in Türkiye, Greece, and South Africa
* Partner with local and regional leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives
* Support workforce planning, talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention strategies
* Provide guidance on performance management, employee development, and succession planning
* Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies while maintaining a pragmatic and business-oriented approach
* Collaborate with global HR teams on initiatives such as compensation reviews, engagement surveys, and diversity & inclusion programs
* Support change management efforts and organizational development projects
* Maintain accurate HR data and contribute to HR reporting and analytics
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
* 5+ years of HR generalist or HRBP experience, preferably in an international or regional role
* Extensive knowledge of employment practices in Türkiye, Greece, and South Africa
* Demonstrated ability to build relationships and collaborate with stakeholders across cultures and functions
* Effective communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
* Fluency in English and Turkish (written and spoken)
* Willingness to travel occasionally across the region
* Business Acumen : Understands the business context and aligns HR strategies to support organizational goals
* Cultural Agility : Comfortable working across diverse cultural environments
* Communication : Effective interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to persuade and build trust at all levels
* Collaboration : Works effectively across teams and geographies, promoting a spirit of partnership and joint accomplishments
