The Gameloft Barcelona Studio has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Game Community Manager to join their team working on Disney Speedstorm.
As a Senior Game Community Manager, you will be part of a passionate team of social media & community experts dedicated to creating rewarding community experiences for our engaged players and fans worldwide. Your main responsibilities will include defining, developing, and managing community content and experiences to keep players entertained and engaged. You will work with a Junior Community Manager to care for the communities and funnel feedback to improve player experiences. Passion and understanding of gaming communities are essential, along with a genuine love for gaming and Disney.
Community Channel & Content Strategy — 50 to 60%
* Develop and produce evergreen content strategies for responsible social media networks aligned with game priorities.
* Collaborate with Licensor to ensure plans are appealing and meet standards.
* Provide the community with access to patch notes, tutorials, promotions, and event information.
* Manage content creation processes and optimize for ROI.
* Track and analyze KPIs to ensure growth and engagement improvements.
Campaign & community activation development — 20%
* Plan and execute community activations supporting major game milestones.
* Analyze campaign performance and share insights for improvement.
* Collaborate with marketing, influence, live ops, and other teams to amplify activations.
* Build strong community bonds through conversational approaches.
* Work with the Junior Community Manager to maximize coverage and engagement.
* Ensure community safety, crisis management, and customer satisfaction frameworks are used effectively.
* Analyze community conversations for insights to improve content and experiences.
* Develop and promote user-generated content.
* Achieve performance targets in growth, engagement, retention, and sentiment.
Planning, Project Management, social media toolstack — 20%
* Plan and iterate community experiences with Licensor and stakeholders.
* Manage community projects and utilize tools for impact analysis.
* Conduct industry benchmarks and trend observations for continuous improvement.
* Participate in global projects and create presentations using Canva and SharePoint.

Requirements include 2-4 years of experience in a similar role, passion for gaming, KPI-driven mindset, social media expertise, experience with licensors, community tools, and strong interpersonal skills.
