**Sales & Business Development**: 
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities for DSD courses and consultancy services. 
- Execute sales strategies to increase course enrollments and consultancy engagements. 
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to overall team objectives. 
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers to maximize long-term engagement. 
- Proactively follow up on leads and inquiries generated from marketing campaigns, social media, and industry events. 
- Conduct sales calls, product demonstrations, and presentations to potential clients. 
**Customer Relationship Management**: 
- Act as the main point of contact for prospects and customers throughout the sales process. 
- Provide consultative sales guidance, ensuring customers select the right courses and consultancy services for their needs. 
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Asana, Notion). 
- Ensure excellent customer experience by responding to inquiries in a timely and professional manner. 
- Gather customer feedback and relay insights to improve course offerings and service delivery. 
**Sales Strategy & Performance Tracking**: 
- Collaborate with the Sales Manager and marketing team to optimize sales campaigns. 
- Monitor key sales metrics, including conversion rates, revenue targets, and customer acquisition costs. 
- Participate in sales meetings, providing updates on pipeline development, progress toward goals, and challenges. 
- Assist in market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth. 
**Collaboration & Team Support**: 
- Work closely with the Marketing and Customer Support teams to ensure a seamless customer journey. 
- Support initiatives to improve sales processes and customer engagement strategies. 
- Contribute to team discussions and brainstorming sessions to enhance overall sales performance. 
**Tu perfil**: 
**Required Qualifications**: 
- Fluency in English (written and spoken). Spanish and/or German is a plus. 
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. 
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in education, consultancy, or the dental industry. 
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. 
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills. 
- Experience working with CRM systems and sales analytics tools (e.g., HubSpot, Asana, Notion). 
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. 
- Availability to travel occasionally and attend industry events or weekend courses. 
**Preferred Qualifications**: 
- Experience in selling educational courses, training programs, or consultancy services. 
- Knowledge of the dental industry and digital dentistry trends. 
- Familiarity with sales methodologies such as SPIN Selling, Challenger Sales, or Solution Selling. 
**Sales Performance Metrics (KPIs)**: 
- Revenue achievement vs. target (Company Goals). 
- Conversion rates from leads to closed deals. 
- Sales cycle efficiency (time from lead to sale).
