You’ll help us understand what truly drives incremental growth, ROI, and profitability across our global digital marketing investments.
\n
This role sits at the heart of our marketing decision‑making engine, driving eDO’s transition toward a unified, intelligent, and automated measurement ecosystem.

What You’ll Do
\n
Build Intelligent Systems & Automation
\n
Design and evolve scalable frameworks and models to measure marketing effectiveness.
\n
Translate results into actionable investment recommendations to maximize marketing ROI.
\n
Partner with engineering and data science to industrialize measurement — from incrementality testing
\n
(Conversion Lift, GeoLift, Causal Impact) to
\n
MMM, MTA, and predictive models.
\n
Use advanced analytics and experimentation to uncover what truly drives incremental growth.
\n
Collaborate & Influence
\n
Act as the internal thought leader on marketing measurement — influencing not just what we measure, but how.
\n
Champion an incrementality‑first mindset across the organization.
\n
Lead the adoption and integration of new measurement frameworks into the marketing strategy and operations.
\n
What you need to succeed:
\n
Must-Have’s
\n
5+ years of experience in marketing analytics, measurement, or marketing science, ideally in a digital or app‑based business.
\n
Hands‑on experience and deep understanding of incrementality testing
\n
(Conversion, Brand & Search Lift, GeoLift experiments).
\n
Hands‑on analytical capability in
\n
Python or R, and comfortable in
\n
SQL for data manipulation.
\n
Strong ability to interpret complex datasets and distill them into clear, actionable insights.
\n
Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the confidence to influence senior stakeholders.
\n
Nice-to-Haves
\n
Deep understanding of multi‑touch attribution (MTA)
\n
and marketing mix modeling (MMM) .
\n
Experience building marketing data products or automation pipelines with data engineers.
\n
Familiarity with cloud data environments
\n
(BigQuery, AWS, GCP) and visualization tools (Looker, Data Studio, Power BI).
\n
Exposure to performance marketing platforms
\n
(AppsFlyer, Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.).
\n
A passion for experimentation, automation, and simplifying complex systems.
\n
Preferred Qualifications
\n
Experience with Applied AI Tools:
\n
Demonstrated comfort using practical AI tools such as Gemini, or other AI‑powered assistants.
