BIC Graphic aims to cover Project & Business Development– Marketing & Product Operations role during maternity leave.
This Project & Business Developer will be responsible for ensuring growth and excellent service level for long‑term business growth with BIC Group businesses and local subsidiaries.
FUNCTIONS:
* Define together with the Interco Manager, growth strategy and action plans.
* Cross product management: product development, product data maintenance, sales performance and forecast.
* Develop new products and packaging according to customer specific needs with Vinci lab support.
* Project monitoring: tracking metrics, progress, and associated tasks to ensure everything is completed on time, on budget, and according to project requirements and standards.
* Gather and consolidate total customer demand forecast to align stock purchases and production capacity.
* Sales data analysis. Collect and analyze data from a variety of sources, consolidating and transforming information. Prepare reports and inform recommendations.
* Design and produce the necessary communication materials and sales tools.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or similar field. Marketing and/or Project Management is a plus.
* Fluent business English. French or other languages are a plus.
* Excellent research, analytical, and data interpretation skills.
* Minimum 2-year successful experience within Marketing / Business Development. Previous experience in cross‑functional project management.
* Ability to be strategic and operational.
* Highly pragmatic and results‑oriented. Operational mindset, decisive in tackling issues, flexible to adapt to quickly changing environments.
* High energy and resilience.
* Ability to communicate complex information in an easy‑to‑understand format.
* Proficiency with computer programs, such as Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
