YOUNG is a venture environment where companies are built from the ground up.
We are looking for a small number of ambitious builders to join us for a 90-day Founder program — designed to test whether you can actually build and operate a real company.
This is not a course.
This is not coaching.
This is where you prove you can build.
What you’ll do
* Work on real companies from day one
* Take ownership of key parts of the business
* Talk to customers, validate problems, and test ideas
* Build MVPs and iterate fast
* Attempt sales early and often
You will operate under pressure, with real expectations and real outcomes.
How it works
You’ll join YOUNG for 90 days and work inside one of our active companies.
* You work directly with the Founder and core management team
* You are part of decision-making, not just execution
* Every 2 weeks, your performance is reviewed
Based on performance:
* You continue
* You get a final chance to improve
* Or we move on
Most people won’t continue. That’s intentional.
What we’re looking for
* Strong bias for action
* Ownership and accountability
* Comfortable with uncertainty and pressure
* Willingness to talk to customers and sell
* Ability to execute, not just think
What this is not
* Not a structured training program
* Not a safe learning environment
* Not for people who avoid responsibility
