In this role you will shape HP's GTM strategy across markets, products, and channels, translating data-driven insights into actionable plans. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, size markets, and prioritize initiatives that accelerate growth. You’ll use AI, analytics, and storytelling to influence senior stakeholders and drive global outcomes. The position offers high autonomy and meaningful impact on HP’s commercial direction in a fast-moving environment.
Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Develop and refine GTM strategies including market segmentation, sizing, prioritization, and 4P3C insights
• Influence and drive cross-functional, global initiatives across sales, product, marketing, category, and finance
• Conduct market, competitive analysis, financial modeling, and KPI development/tracking
• Translate complex datasets into actionable insights using AI-powered tools, SQL, Excel, and BI platforms
• Build data-driven narratives and plans for senior leadership and peers to drive outcomes
• Decompose large opportunities into structured workstreams and drive execution with minimal formal authority
Responsabilidades
• 4-7 years of experience in Strategy, Consulting, Product Management, or Commercial roles
• Strong analytical and modeling skills; ability to synthesize data quickly
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional efforts without xpzdshu formal authority
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills with senior stakeholders
• Proactive, scrappy, outcome- and ownership-driven mindset
• Comfort leveraging AI and automation to accelerate analysis and execution
• Understanding of B2B/B2C sales cycles, hardware ecosystems, and channel/partner models (a plus)
• Experience in top consulting firms, product management roles, or competitor environments (strong plus)
