Country Sales Manager - Brand New Role in Growing Biopharmaceutical Company - Spain
Planet Pharma is currently working with an established biopharmaceutical company that is now looking to establish its European footprint. They are seeking a Country Sales Manager to lead market entry and growth in Spain.
This is a really exciting role if you’re looking to take your career to the next level and support building your own sales team across Spain to drive the company's growth and development.
As part of this role, you will be responsible for:
* Driving commercial operations and establishing the company's presence in the Spanish pharmaceutical landscape
* Market analysis, business development, stakeholder management, and brand building to ensure the success of existing and future products
* Developing and executing country-level sales and marketing expansion strategies
* Developing and managing key relationships with hospitals, procurement groups, and regulatory authorities
* Driving sales of current products and supporting the launch of pipeline products
* Building and managing a local commercial sales team
This is your chance to take ownership of developing a commercial strategy and building a team to execute that plan.
For this position, our client is looking for someone who has:
* Prior experience as a sales leader in the pharmaceutical industry
* Experience within the oncology and/or auto-immune therapeutic areas
* Native or fluent Spanish speaker
