PRODUCTION PLANNING ENGINEER
Reporting to the Planning & Logistics Manager, he/she will be responsible for ensuring that resources, timing, and capabilities are aligned with customer demand, guaranteeing efficiency, quality, and compliance with deadlines.
Responsibilities:
* Develop and manage short, medium, and long-term production plans to ensure delivery security, safety, and lead-time objectives.
* Confirm and follow up on orders and stock replenishment to ensure the supply of materials and resources, and manage procurement and inventory.
* Monitor compliance with production and delivery plans, proposing corrective actions for deviations.
* Establish processes and policies to improve internal material flow.
* Participate in interdepartmental and client coordination meetings to track project progress.
* Analyze production data and suggest process improvements.
* Manage the ERP system for planning and tracking work orders.
* Participate in continuous improvement projects (Lean methodology).
