**We are now looking for a Global Cash Manager** with a good feeling for the business.
This is an exciting role where you will be responsible for supporting the business with efficient cash management processes to ensure business is running smoothly. You will be leading cash management activities globally, interacting with stakeholders worldwide as well as engaging and providing insights and group reporting to Group Finance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintaining and developing the financial systems and operational policies controlling the company’s treasury and cash management activities
- Proactively managing the collection and management of cash flows from our operations
- Consolidate and report integral cash position, forecasts, foreign currency exposure and operational risks
- Ensure efficient cash management and implement global cash pooling
- Participate in business initiatives/projects
- Interacting with banks and other external and internal stakeholders
- Drive process development, digitalization and automation
We think that you have:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration, or related area
- Minimum 8 years of experience within treasury operations in a global group
- Excellent communications skills in English, verbally and in writing
- Self-starter with excellent analytical skills
- A structured approach and the ability to make things happen
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Experience from cash management, ERP systems, analytical tools and MS Office
- A system and digitalization focus
