The Campaign Management Specialist will work within the Campaign Automation team (HP Services Delivery Unit) to ensure timely and high-quality digital marketing execution and enablement services for internal stakeholders worldwide. Responsibilities include maintaining visibility of market campaign and customer journey plans, connecting these with execution across the Delivery Unit (DU), and acting as a digital marketing subject matter expert to advise stakeholders and facilitate project execution.Duties & Responsibilities:
Collaborate with market teams, Platform Management Automation Services, and other DU teams to build and execute campaigns according to global standards and customer plans.Provide regular updates to Delivery Managers, Service Account Leads, and other DU teams.Review campaign dashboards and generate insights, such as quarterly reports.Understand market needs and leverage DU services effectively.Deeply understand customer campaign strategies across channels and stages.Serve as the main contact for customer needs, maintaining close relationships with internal DU service providers.Facilitate communication between internal customers and DU teams to advance projects and provide consultancy.Adhere to service processes and suggest improvements when necessary.Requirements & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration—Digital Marketing or Marketing Technology preferred, or technical studies with proven business acumen.Experience in project/client management or digital marketing consultancy.Proven ability to coordinate multiple projects and stakeholders.Ability to interpret and connect business and technical requirements.Client management skills and incident de-escalation experience.Experience in Patient Engagement or B2C marketing preferred.Familiarity with email and SMS channels;
Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience is a plus.Experience with Paid Media is advantageous.Self-motivated, quick learner, creative, detail-oriented, and quality-focused.Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to work independently and interface with global markets.Strong time and project management skills to handle multiple fast-paced projects.What We Offer:
