P Douglas is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented b Temporary Purchasing Assistant /b to support our Purchasing team in a dynamic retail environment. /ppb Your mission will be to support the purchasing process by carrying out a variety of operational and administrative tasks that enable the Category Managers to execute their work effectively. /b /pp In this role, you will play a key part in managing product and pricing data, coordinating supplier communication, and ensuring that all purchasing-related activities run smoothly and efficiently. /p pb Key Responsibilities /b /pulli Manage the b YOOBIC platform /b to collect store feedback, distribute content, and ensure clear and timely communication between stores and internal teams. /lili Investigate and resolve b pricing issues /b, including tariff discrepancies, pricing errors, and incorrect discounts reported by Finance or Retail departments. /lili Analyze brand pricing structures and submit updated tariffs to b Master Data /b for upload. /lili Assist with the b initial distribution of new product launches /b, coordinating with stores and internal stakeholders. /lili Collect, process, and follow up on b contractual agreements /b, including obtaining signatures and sending finalized documents to suppliers. /lili Maintain accurate product master data by associating testers with standard b SKUs /b and supporting product updates. /lili Analyze the conversion of standard products into testers and prepare supporting reports for b Account Managers /b and the b Safety Department /b. /lili Communicate with stores via email to share updates on launch schedules, YOOBIC missions, and purchasing-related news. /lili Monitor b weekly supplier service levels /b and collaborate with suppliers to resolve issues and improve performance. /lili Collect and validate all necessary data to enable accurate b SKU creation /b in internal systems. /lili Support the b product return process /b by compiling return lists and coordinating with the b Supply Chain team /b. /lili Provide b backup support for pricing uploads in SAP /b and assist with general administrative tasks. /li /ul pb Requirements /b /pullib Bachelor’s degree /b in Business Administration, Economics, Supply Chain, or a related field. /lili Strong organizational and communication skills. /lili High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities. /lili Basic understanding of purchasing or procurement processes. /lili Familiarity with b SAP /b, b YOOBIC /b, and Excel is an advantage. /lili Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team. /li /ul pb If you#39;re looking to gain valuable experience in a fast-paced purchasing environment and support a leading beauty retailer, we look forward to receiving your application. /b /p
