About the Role
We’re looking a highly skilled Tech Lead to join our IoT Platform team. This role requires both hands-on technical expertise and strong leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of developers
- Drive the design, development, and implementation of scalable systems and solutions.
- Ensure technical solutions align with business objectives and IT strategy.
- Collaborate with architects and stakeholders to define requirements and deliver results.
- Oversee code reviews, technical documentation, and adherence to best practices.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend adoption where beneficial.
- Drive conversations with the team and the client.
Must-have
- Proven experience as a Tech Lead, Senior Engineer, or similar leadership role in IT.
- Strong expertise in AWS services, Java, Git and databases.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- C1 English
Nice to have
- Experience working with IoT platforms.
- Strong programming experience in Python and JavaScript.
- Familiarity with Snowflake for data warehousing and analytics.
